Professor Frick works with the registrar's office and the Office of Faculty to "keep the trains running on time," works with Learning@Carey to develop new online courses, overseas two Assistant Deans who are responsible for overseeing the MBA programs (Global, Flexible, and Executive), the MS programs (Finance, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Enterprise Risk Management, Health Care Management, Information Systems, and Marketing), the BBA program, and international educational collaborations; works with the Assistant Dean who oversees disability and other student services; and works with the Assistant Dean for Career Services. In addition, he is designing activities for Faculty and Students in the Year of Instruction to improve the overall quality of the educational experience for students. Finally, he works actively with student groups to improve the quality of the overall experience for students who are part of the Carey Business School community.
